"I was very upset as big name of Holiday inn hotel I came by train from Rotterdam to Brussels by train in airport I was waiting for shuttle bus almost 1 hour waiting outside in cold . After I took taxi to hotel . Cost me money to get to hotel they should have shuttle every 30 mins in this kind of hotel . Very upset "

"A really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and the facilities are amazing. My room was lovely. Usb ports so no adapter needed. No complaints. Breakfast was also lovely, a very wide selection of foods on offer. My only negative comment is that when I arrived to check in at around 10pm there was not a staff member in sight.
