"Checkin was a bit of a disappointment as we had to wait until 3 - we arrived about 2:20 pm - it was raining and cold and we had to go out and about - we were allowed to check in at 2:55. Other than that the hotel was excellent and the staff went over and above. I would recommend this hotel for location, ..."
