"We stayed at the Highstay Centre Pompidou apartment for nine days in July/August 2026 as a family of four visiting from Canada. I wanted to leave a detailed review because, before booking, I found surprisingly little independent information about the property. Most importantly, the photos posted by Highstay are 100% authentic and accurately reflect the apartment. It is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, and furnished to a very high standard. "A jewel of a hotel in St Germaine. Great location. Felt completely safe. Convenient to everything. Would stay again."

"Room was clean, big enough to accommodate our luggage and location was great!"

"This is a solid 3.5 star hotel. 1) They couldn’t make a reservation with a well known restaurant for me because they don’t have a relationship with the restaurant any longer 2) they dilute the shampoo and conditioner with water !!! 3) neither the bathroom sink or shower drains worked and 4) they served cold scrambled eggs. Worst, when approached with these issues, no apology given! We promptly checked out and went to the Park Hyatt !!!!!! "

"The staff is warm and welcoming. Consistently good service and cleanliness. This was my sixth return to the hotel."

"The hotel is super well located, 5-10min walking distance to Notre Dame, there are plenty of options to eat around and there’s easy access to public transit. Our room was spacious for Paris standards, the bed and pillows were super comfortable! The hotel has a pool and hammam that are fantastic to relax after a long day of walking around the city! The entrance to the hotel was not super accesible since there are stairs but we took the longer route to avoid the stairs"

"Complementary present was surprising. Good location and clean hotel."

"Breakfast menu was confusing and the staff was not very accommodating to make changes or request special items. Needs improvements especially that there is no restaurant on site and plenty of places to eat around. If you want to be competitive, you need to improve."

"A very helpful and attentive staff. the breakfast was continintal but there were eggs and sausage for the Americans. I was upghrade to a Deluxe accomodation which made the stay even better. Lots of shopping, food and attractions nearby."

"Just the best!"

"I loved the service and style, it felt classy, classic & modern. The location was perfect and the staff was really nice. I liked how well the booking process was and the staff communicated very well. It was so smooth. And it smelled really good."

"Location was good. The hotel lobby and very small room smelled of a sewer problem. The bathtub was difficult to climb into, and dangerously slippery. The staff was kind and helpful but I found the sewage smell intolerable."
