"Très bon établissement dans l’ensemble. Des améliorations pourraient toutefois être apportées, notamment en ce qui concerne la diversité de la carte du restaurant — actuellement limitée à un buffet imposé — ainsi que la formation du personnel, qui ne maîtrise pas toujours le fonctionnement de certains équipements. Le petit déjeuner, bien que proposé sous forme de buffet, gagnerait également à être revalorisé : certains produits ne semblent pas à la hauteur des standards attendus pour un hôtel 4...

"Great enjoyable experience in this beautifully designed new hotel. We truly loved the hospitality they offer. After a very warm welcome, we were personally escorted to our room, where everything was explained—no need to read manuals. We were also offered coffee in the lovely coffee corner opposite the room. "Das Hotel ist eine Melkkuh. Es findet wenig Unterhalt statt und die Reparaturen sind eine Bastlerei. Dafür wird ordentlich abkassiert. Bei mindestens einem Notausgang fehlte der Schlüssel in der roten Box und somit wären wir im Falle eines Brandes stecken geblieben. Die Brötchen beim Frühstück sind vom Vortag. Der Kaffee schmeckte nicht. Im türkischen Bad ist das Licht kaputt (also sehr Dunkel drin) und das Hotel weiss Bescheid. Auch der Geruch im türkischen Bad war leider nicht besonders gut....

"Disappointed in my stay, check in via tv screen was a bit strange but it is 2026. The room was basic which I expected but the tv did not work - problem with connection and the fridge didn't work. I had to throw stuff out in the morning. Not good value."

"In general it was good, clean and staff very nice. Breakfast simple, is a continental breakfast, you get full. I don't smoke and I noticed people smoked inside of the property. My view was parking view wirh partial mountain. Bathroom very nice, room confortable. Is no closet, where you hang clothes is limited just for few items. Winter jackets to be hang is difficult due the low height. Furnitue old but is a cute property."

The breakfast is sensational and dining first class. The views from the room takes your breath away and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
