"This hotel was beautiful! It was a truly luxurious experience, and we had the best sleep of our vacation. The bed was absolutely perfect, soft sheets, perfect pillows and the duvet was the perfect weight. Location couldn't be beat, and if we ever find ourselves back in Andorra, we'll be staying here without question. Just a note for those who are sense-sensitive: there's a floral scent throughout the building, so we slept with the window open and didn't use the soaps/shampoos provided for the same reason. Was happy to have had our own extras as the hotel didn't have any scent-free alternatives. "

"My stay at Comtes d'Urgell was an absolute highlight of my trip to Andorra la Vella. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was impressed by the warm, professional welcome from the front desk team. The hospitality here is truly exceptional; every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.The hotel itself is impeccably maintained. My room was remarkably clean, spacious, and provided a peaceful sanctuary after a day of sightseeing. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail—the linens were crisp, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and inviting. It is clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work.The location is also unbeatable. Being right in the heart of Andorra la Vella allowed me to easily explore the vibrant local shops, cafes, and stunning architecture of the city. There is something so magical about being surrounded by the Pyrenees, and having such a reliable and comfortable home base made the experience even better.I cannot recommend Comtes d'Urgell enough to anyone visiting the area. Between the top-tier service, the pristine rooms, and the perfect location, it exceeded all my expectations. "Great breakfast, very friendly staff and good location (right across from the Caldea spa and a 5 minute walk to the touristy area). We stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The bathrooms in the rooms could use an update but that is a very minor complaint."

"Location is pretty nice, the rushing water sound is very soothing and the staff are excellent! Some people are stating the breakfast wasn't good, but I found there were lots of options, everything tasted great and there were many more options than a typical hotel. The beds were pretty comfy and there were decent pillows provided. The WiFi worked well and the views were pretty good. I was not a fan of the uncontrollable heat that required me to leave the window open whenver I was in the room and the toilet seat was broken, but aside from that everything was pretty nice."
