"We were pleasantly surprised to see the bus from Chamonix stop right in front of the hotel. The manager who checked us in was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The price for the breakfast buffet was the most reasonable of our trip, and while we did not have dinner in the restaurant, it did smell good and was busy. "Pas d’air climatisé alors qu’il était sensé y en avoir, nous étions en temps de canicule et notre chambre était au 5eme, réfrigérateur et télévision non fonctionnels et pas de glaçons dans l’hôtel. Le bouchon au fond de la baignoire restait fermé en tout temps."

"Beautiful chalet hotel at the base of Mont Blanc. Access to hundreds of hiking trails within a few minutes. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the service was great. "It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available.
