"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available.
After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out...
"Literie confortable, nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur l’avenue d’Etigny nous avons eu la musique du bar jusqu’à 1h du mat puis les cris des gens dans la rue toute la nuit, peut être plus calme avec un chambre qui ne donne pas sur l’avenue?
Je ne recommande pas pour les gens qui ont le sommeil léger "

Desayuno más que correcto y completo, personal muy atento, nos subieron la categoría de la habitación a una junior suite en la zona nueva sin cargo y bonito jardín para tomar algo antes de ir a dormir. "Do not recommend for non-Spanish speakers. The hosts are lovely and the hotel is nice and clean, but communication for English speakers is tricky. Maybe if you speak French or Italian it could also work, but just FYI, none of the staff speak a word of English. But it’s pretty much like that in the entire Val d’Aran."
