"Fabulous location, within 5 minute walk from main square. Rooms clean, quiet with everything required. Tea amd coffee provided. Fridge also in the room. Breakfast is optional. We ate for the 3 days of our stay and it was lovely. Would 100% recommend. Reception staff very helpful. "

"Excellent apt with spacious rooms and huge bathroom. Online check-in was easy and staff was available by Whatsapp and onsite. It is a10-min walking from the main train station and 10 mins walk to the old town. It is on a quite street and very safe to walk around. There is a farmer market right next and super market stores are all over the area. The big shopping mail next to the train station is 10-min walking distance. A perfect stay in Krakow. "

"I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!"

"Right in the heart of the Old Town, this apartment has a great location and a lovely room. The spa bath looked promising for a slow, relaxing soak in the evening, but it wasn’t the most practical for a quick wash in the morning. It takes around 20 minutes to fill, and although it has a shower attachment, the hose is so short that you end up performing an odd sitting/squatting routine just to rinse off. A longer hose and a proper wall-mounted holder (like a normal shower) would make a world of...

They sent a link to thier property with pics of the rooms. It looked fine and comparable so we accepted the change.
