"They downgraded my room from a king to a double because they were overbooked and had no king rooms left. I was there to enjoy a getaway as a couple; however, I was forced to take the double room and could not sleep in one bed with my partner. On top of that, during checkout, they told us they would provide a $40 refund for the inconvenience, but I have received nothing, and it has been two weeks since I sent them a reminder email regarding the status of the refund."

"Traveling, so I only stayed one night. Only thing that stood out was that the desk clerk saw that I was elderly and limping slightly, and gave me a room really close to the front desk, and the breakfast bar. I thought that was pretty thoughtful. Didn't get his name but he was very young and courteous...."

"The property was clean and quiet ( no road noise) the bed was comfortable, the access to my room was good. The price is unbeatable! Only negative is the carpet in the room . Needs to be replaced. Has permanent stains. Room has a microwave and mini fridge . I felt safe staying there. I have stayed there three times in the past two years . It is very convenient to Hwy 77. Lots of restaurants nearby."

"The room wasn't ready when I got there. It's was a no smoking but smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. There was a puppy in the room next to mine that cried half the night. No coffee cups or creamer. Definitely not worth what I had to pay. Had to ask for ice, they would give it out in a plastic bag. Definitely will not stay there again."
