"Very disappointing and unacceptable experience My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property. The room also had no proper lighting, and basic essentials such as toilet paper were not provided. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff.
