"this property was amazing …water access, gym , easy access to cinque Terra…. great reastaurants and no crowds in rapallo …. and play tennis no english needed !

5 stars in Rome, Florence, Asissi and rapallo… all had amazing breakfast except this hotel ….its older , but no excuse to be the best … you must look what other hotels serve …. canned fruit is not acceptable "
"Perfect, amazing people are working at this hotel, was a pleasure to spend a few days here. If you need parking try booking it in advance, otherwise there is a public parking on the street nearby. Walking distance to the beach and nearest cities. "

"This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced.
Their customer service is exceptional, going above and beyond in every way. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given complimentary DELICIOUS snacks by the pool.

"Great location with convenient access to cinque terre. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the train station and to the town/beach. Whenever we called they were prompt in picking us up.
Rooms were spacious, pool feels like a resort, breakfast fantastic. Would definitely recommend."
"La posizione è strategica, si trova nel centro storico di genova, ma se si arriva in auto c'è un parcheggio vicino a 2 minuti di camminata dall'hotel (così da evitare la zona ZTL).
L'hotel in sé è ben curato, lo staff molto gentile.

Ho trovato la stanza pulita, ben curata e ben insonorizzata.
Vicino all'hotel ci sono i servizi di emergenza, inoltre sono presenti la fermata della metro e degli autobus."
"Vi ble veldig godt mottatt av resepsjonen og vi fikk veldig god informasjon om hotellet og Sestri Levante. Bagasjen ble plukket opp av concierge og bilen ble parkert for oss. (Heldigvis for oss for parkering er litt utfordrende på stedet). Resepsjonisten tok oss med på en rundtur på hotellet for å vise alt fra basseng til restaurant og andre tilbud der vi tilslutt endte opp ved rommet vårt. Vi fikk tips om å reservere bord ved restauranten når solen gikk ned. Vi reserverte bord og fikk med oss...
