"David and Roberta are fabulous hosts. They provided information for our visits and would spend as much time as you want to ensure you have all the information you need. The breakfast was outstanding, the coffee was excellent and the service was perfect. The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. "The place was like from a fairytail. Really beautiful and the host Francesca was superb. She knew all the best restaurants and places to go. The apartments is nicely renovated and really really clean. Francesca has her own parking which has loads of space also. We highly recommend staying with Francesca while staying in La Spezia area. "

"Very quite place in the middle of the nature. Great with dogs. For this price you get a clean and lovely simple place. I took one night on the way to Cinque Terre. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful with everything. Thank you. "

"It was a short drive to town. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good. I loved the cappuccino, my only suggestion would be to have an egg option. "

"Very nice people and hotel. Delicious breakfast as well."

"The staff were so friendly and accommodating here. The breakfast was wonderful, with the warm mini pastries, fruit salad, and scrambled eggs made to order. The view was breathtaking and the distance to catch the bus was very convenient. There is also a mini market not far that sells the bus tickets for €1,50, along with any snacks, cold drinks, or fresh fruit. I enjoyed my stay here very much."
