Piacevole soggiorno

Hotel in posizione ottima in centro a Levanto, con camere ben arredate, splendida terrazza panoramica con solarium e abbondante colazione. Bici gratis e personale gentile.

Un po' deludente

Il personale è cortese e la posizione dell'hotel davvero ottima ma la stanza, lasciando stare l'arredamento vecchio e antiquato, era poco confortevole. Ad esempio avevamo una sola presa per caricare il telefono, non c'era una pattumiera in camera solo una nel bagno. Le lenzuola erano macchiate così come uno degli asciugamani, l'odore dell'armadio era mix tra polvere e chiuso da tempo indefinito. Non cambiano i teli da bagno una volta al giorno ma ogni 3 giorni, ho dovuto richiederli io dopo 24h e mi sono stati dati dopo un po' di insistenza, come se la mia richiesta fosse anormale. Il phon diventava bollente dopo 3 minuti di accensione, l'acqua del bidet è uscita marrone e abbiamo dovuto farla scorrere un po'. La colazione era buona a parte il caffè annacquato ma l'hotel è centrale a due passi dal mare e gli infissi sono ottimi quindi non si sentono le voci provenienti da fuori. Per il prezzo pagato l'ho trovato deludente. Nota positiva: gentilezza del personale e posizione.

A GREAT QUAINT HOTEL!

We absolutely loved this quaint little hotel!! The staff was exceptional and helpful. Levanto is a charming little beach town and a great place to stay for a CinqueTerre visit. The train station is an easy short walk away and great for visiting all the CinqueTerre villages. There is also a ferry to the villages and a great way to see then from a water view. The sea was too rough while we were there, so we didn't get to do that. Our balcony room also had a little balcony off the bathroom. Breakfast was great, the location was great and a short walk to the beach with many restaurants nearby. The ONLY negative was there were no outlets in the bathroom and only one in the room so it was a little trying drying my hair. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom, but didn't have much force. This would not deter us from staying here again. It was our favorite stay on our 18 night/7 city whirlwind trip in Italy!!

L'hôtel est situé en plein cœur de la ville, tout se fait à pied. Nous avons pu nous garer gratuitement dans un des parkings grâce au pass donné par l'hôtel. Les chambres sont corrects et très propres, le petit-déjeuner est copieux et le personnel très accueillant. Ideal pour visiter les 5 terres!!!!

Nice and central hotel in the heart of Levanto

Nice and friendly helpfull staff. Clean , but quite simple small rooms. Very central hotel in the heart of Levanto. I would stay here again!

Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka antoi neuvoja Cinque Terren päiväreissulle. Aamiainen oli yllättävän runsas ja monipuolinen. Erittäin hyvä sijainti ja ilmastointi huoneessa.

The staff was very friendly. They put us in a room that was covered in Mold and Mildew. We were very surprised they even could use this room, seemed liked a terrible health hazard.

Not secured safe box.

We couldn't open the safe after we return from dinner. That means some body opened the safe. And it was locked with new code. So I can't open. So we called staff and she opened it with master key. We found item in the safe was missing. And item in the room was also missing. We reported to the manager but she didn't do anything for us.

Don't stay here

Don't stay here, the staff were dishonest. We had booked the hotel for 6 days and thought we cancelled it, however, the day of Check-in we received notifications the hotel was still booked. We called to cancel and the staff stated they would refund us for the days they were able to rebook the room, if they were able to. I call back 3 days later and the receptionist said they were able to rebook the room for all but 2 days, to call back Friday to see if they were able to rebook the remaining day and they would then issue a refund for the days they rebooked. Needless to say I called Friday and the staff said there must have been a misunderstanding and they were not able to rebook the room. The receptionist was pretty clear that they rebooked the room for some of the days and the hotel was also listed as sold out on the websites. They were dishonest. Don't stay here.

Nära till strand och tågstation. Hotellet låg på en huvudgata med många affärer och barer.Perfekt läge för den som skall besöka Cinque Terre och behöver ett hotell för att bara sova.

Overall a good hotel.

Consuelo, at the reception was very accommodating, and we appreciated that. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was not too far from the train station, it Is just a 10 min walk from the hotel. The air conditioner, wifi, and room safe all worked well.

Made you feel like family!

I loved my stay. Conveniently located, good price, nice breakfast. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, especially with my quirky problems and requests. They made you feel like family. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the futur.

Small, old and over priced

we stayed in a room which is quite old and small. Locking the room door was a nightmare, the room key need to be inserted in a correct position so that it can be locked. It took us more than a minute to lock the door. I have a concern about the safety issue if we need to leave the room for emergency. There's a big gap at bottom of room door, the light from outside corridor went into the room, basically people can see from outside. We found a few things were broken in the room when we checked in. The first 2 nights we couldn't watch any channel in English due to poor signal. We reported to hotel but didn't get fix although they said they had fixed it. The hotel price is overrated. Only the staff (Natalie) was very helpful.
