"The staff was a little bit rude the air conditioner did work but I found the treatment a little bit weird to this day at the hotel 6 and I stay there often in Dallas but this Arlington state was very different from the ones I've experienced before"

"The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. WE ended up not even staying there because of the condition and smell of the room "

"We really just needed a place to sleep, so it was sufficient. Overall the property is in various states of disrepair, there's no daily housekeeping (which is fine for a couple of days), the elevator door lights don't work so you don't know if you activated the buttons or if anyone's coming, the door to the outside closes all the way SOMETIMES but not always, the ice machine is broken, and the bathroom walls look dirty with yellow grime. I can handle it, but you should know that it looks NOTHING...

"From the moment we walked in the front doors it was a great experience! We were greeted by a very polite young man. He helped me change my reservation to the correct date. The lobby, elevator and room were very clean. And we had a wonderful experience with this Holiday Inn!"

"This was the best LaQuinta in the entire Ft Worth area. We stayed in 3 different ones for our time and wish this was our 1st. Staff was amazing. Food was fresh. Pool area had a hot tub and a kids splash pad. Definitely recommend this over all the others!!"
