Nice stay and great staff

Could use an update , but it was clean , comforatble and quiet. The employees were great amd helped us out after we had a bit of a jam after checking out. They came thru for us big time!

Overall, a good spot for busy people. Excellent service at front desk. Room was a little subpar to have recently been remodeled. Desk chair was wonky and wanted to tip over, electrical outlet caused blinking lights, toilet ran water all night.

Not adequately cleaned - dusty

The floor should be completely swept. There was debris and dust under the headboard near where guests sre resting there heads.

I didn't like that there was leftover food and drink in the Mini Frig, and the toilet was slow to Flush. And quite a few of the TV channels did not work. Even after 2 calls to the Front Desk. Where they assurred me the TV Box had been reset and everything should work. We did like that it was the closet hotel ro our event, and was priced cheaply.

Very clean and quiet. Closest hotel to Kentucky Castle. Everyone was friendly. Pillows were a little lumpy and the tub didn’t drain well but I’ve had this happen at more expensive hotels. If you’re just wanting a place to sleep and bathe without the frills you will be very happy here
