A/C is not able to be controlled in room. It says “Unit Controlled By Wall Thermostat” but there was no wall thermostat. All the rooms are this way. So, the Mgr’s solution of changing rooms doesn’t solve this problem. The place just opened so he may not understand he has this problem yet. Our room ...

Check in was originally at 3 pm and there were several of us who had to wait over 30 minutes for rooms to be cleaned. Hot and cold water were inverted in the shower so that was a real pain to figure out. Room was clean and comfortable and close to dining.
