The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay. Frühstück ist gut und das Personal bemüht, leider dem Ansturm von vielen Gästen oder größeren Gruppen, die zur gleichen Zeit frühstücken, nicht immer gewachsen. Da verschiedene Personen zuständig sind für Aufnahme der Getränke oder Eierspeisen. Bei vielen Leuten konnte auch das Buffet nicht immer gleich nachbestückt werden (Teller, Essen etc.), daher entweder nicht zu den Stoßzeiten frühstücken gehen oder etwas Zeit...
