"I left this hotel with mixed feelings. It caters more to diving services. My family spent 4 days there. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The only issues that bothered were the brownouts and no hot water. It's a bit far from Alona Beach, but another adequate beach is within walking distance. The most excellent part of our stay was the staff. Very professional and friendly. Really helped out with the transportation with trikes. They really know how to make you feel welcome. "I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. "
