"Checked & checked out so quick. First, the room’s WiFi was so weak & slow. Had to go to the desk to get WiFi. There’s no hot water so you’re showering with cold water. Location was very far from everything. I asked Expedia for a refund but nothing was refunded as of now."

Resort states airport transfer available yet no transport arrived. No communication from the resort. The resort have not yet registered their vehicles so impossible to arrange airport transfer. This is mis-leading and a disgrace to your management. c.c. file"
