"Check in was quick but the attendant wasn’t friendly. We were looking for ice and all he had to say was - no ice. My room didn’t have a shower head, lacked a set of robes and slipper which I had made the staff aware."

"Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Bathroom in the room had a strong cigarette smell (which did not go away overnight). Mattress was firm as a rock and pillow very thin."
