"We did love our stay in this hotel. I would recommend the location as well and the breakfast was good. But one of the receptionist was rude , I said hi , good morning and give her a big smile but she just literally ignore , rolled her eyes didn’t say anything .She ruin my sister in law first day in Prague . BUT rest of the staff was really nice ."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Prague. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was neat, very clean, and a giant size, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect and cannot get any better. It is right in the heart of everything, with all the main attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Perfect for exploring Prague on foot. Highly recommended!"
