"I found the bathroom towels dirty, and there was no room cleaning service.
I paid the full amount in advance, but when I arrived, I was also charged an additional 23 euros, which they said was not included in what I paid online.

"Reservamos 3, solo salió agua caliente para la primera persona muy poco tiempo, los otros 2 nos tuvimos que bañar con agua helada, sólo había un sofá cama no 2 como decía la reservación sin cortinas black out( había mucha luz )y se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle, solo un rollo usado de papel del baño "

Very clean very modern and convenient to visit the town of como around 20 mins drive
