"Clean and spacious room. This hotel is stunning! Impeccable! Very closed by to the airport. Train station is just in front of the hotel. Nearby small walking distance supermarket for a snack or small food. Restaurants also nearby. I am very specific and picky when it comes to hotel and this one, was the perfect one 👌. They have a shuttle car to and from the airport. You just have to say at what time you would like to get picked up. It's a very punctual service."

"Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet."

"The bedroom was dirty when we arrived. It had dust. Something else is that we had to wait for three hours to be able to enter our bedroom. Additionally, the food doesn't have enough options for people who have allergies(gluten-free, dairy-free). The rest is ok!"

"Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants."

"+++ Super Lage, gut zu erreichen. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr leckeres Frühstück (sogar vegane Produkte) Bequemes Bett + zwei Kissen - - - Silberfische im Bad. Schimmel im Bad, keine Belüftung. Sehr dreckiger Teppichboden mit Fußabdrücken. Hotel wirkt abgewöhnt, muffig. Sehr hellhörig."

"The room was of a good size, and the location of the hotel offers great access to public transport. Breakfast was good and varied and the 9th floor terrace has great views. There were a couple of less positive aspects, though. We were visiting during a heatwave, and at times the A/C in the room was barely keeping up. Also, out of 3 elevators, only one was working reliably (one has been broken during the entire stay, and another one was on and off) - for such a large hotel with 9 floors, it...
