"Hotel room had no air-conditioning, broken toilet had to be fixed, in room safe was broken could not be used, also had a week old expired full container of milk in the in room safe upon our arrival. Ask for a bucket of ice, didn’t have, but given a glass of ice… we questioned how to keep our refreshments ..."
