This one of the quietest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. When I was in my room I could not even hear a door open or shut on my floor. It was an amazing and restful stay. The staff was extremely accommodating of my limited French, for which I was grateful. Wonderful location close to trains. I would stay there again.

Stayed one night in our way back in to Britain. Nice reception, staff were lovely, room was dated. Lift was very hard to find and not at all signposted for going down.We ended up in the basement down the back stairs. Luckily we met someone who showed us the way. Didn't have breakfast as catching the early Eurostar

I enjoyed my stay here. It’s a very nice hotel. The rooms are in great shape. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself felt very high end to me. The staff were kind and very helpful. For those that don’t speak French, like myself, they were able to help me in English. Greatly appreciated. I will stay here again next time I find myself in Lille.

Great choice for Eurostar travelers.

Nice hotel, more expensive than some other options but none more convenient for traveling on the Eurostar or picking up/dropping off a rental car near the station. Price included an outstanding breakfast buffet and staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful.

Great location just opposite Lille Europe train station and a short walk from Lille Flanders and the shops and restaurants. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine.

We liked that the Gare de Lille Europe and a huge shopping mall were across the street from the hotel. The restaurant was good for breakfast lunch and dinner. Our room was quiet and the beds comfortable. We could have used hand bars in the shower as the shower was slippery. I purchased a tapis de Bain which worked well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay!

Great hotel.

Great location and makes Eurostar and Lille easy to access. No noise from trains or road. Service was excellent at the hotel and breakfast of a high standard with a huge choice. The interior of rooms was a little worn but massive king size bed compensated. Could do with some more hangers in the wardrobe.

The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with well-appointed rooms. However, there are several significant shortcomings. The temperature control in my room did not maintain the set temperature and remained uncomfortably hot. The maintenance staff advised that no improvement was possible. Breakfast was also disappointing. The limited food selection was poorly presented, with most containers nearly empty, and what remained was of poor quality, wasn't fresh and tasted awfull. Two of the three coffee machines were out of order, and the disorganized crowd attempting to find whatever crops were left created an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, while the hotel itself is adequate, the experience was undermined by these issues. I would recommend having breakfast elsewhere.

Opposite Lille Europe station

Just over the road from the station, so very handy for early starts and also not having to go far on arrival at Lille Europe (it's visible as you leave the station). Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit bland and lacking atmosphere, but I don't suppose people stay there for that. The only weakness was the poor WiFi - at a Hilton, I'd expect it to be better

Good location opposite Euro Lille station. Comfortable good size rooms, fresh linen daily. Check in/check out was quick. Breakfast is decent but no variety. Everyday is the same. Cleaning staff often don't replace hand towels after ckearing soiled ones Safe battery dead. Requested to fix..5 days later nothing was done. I think Hikton can do better.
