"We did book this hotel on the eleventh hour due to o booking error that we made in the original place that we were supposed to be staying. The reception staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful from check in to checkout. The rooms are extremely comfortable, a large size, good climate, very comfortable bed and pillows. "We liked that the Gare de Lille Europe and a huge shopping mall were across the street from the hotel. The restaurant was good for breakfast lunch and dinner. Our room was quiet and the beds comfortable. We could have used hand bars in the shower as the shower was slippery. I purchased a tapis de Bain which worked well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay! "
