The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what really made my stay special was the hospitality. The owner is absolutely awesome—very friendly, caring, helpful, and genuinely makes sure the guests are comfortable. It honestly didn’t feel like I was staying at a motel; it felt more like staying at home with people who truly care about you. It’s not often you find a place where you feel this welcomed and relaxed. I really appreciate the kindness and great service throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Northwood Motel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with wonderful hospitality. Thank you for making my stay feel like home! ❤️"

"The hotel staff were very helpful, I’ve asked for extra coffee and bottled water to bring in to the hotel room. The rooms were clean with modern furniture, newer and large TV. Parking can get hard to find in the evening."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. With the exception of a tighter cooking area than expected was roomy and had a great view. Matthew’s Smokehouse a few steps away and island pie a very short drive away for some good BBQ and Pizza. It was peaceful with trails to walk and blackberries to pick for a sweet treat. Looking forward to staying again this j the future."
