On this occasion we were in the restaurant for about two hours and it took 45 minutes before we got our starter. This was a shame because otherwise everything was perfect."

"The hotel is in the beautiful city of Grasmere. There was limited parking even though online advertised available parking. When I booked online, the family room showed two beds. When we arrived, there was only one. The plumbing was very noisy and the shower was very narrow and hard to use. The bed was not comfortable at all. "
