"Agistri Island is a quite and relaxing Paradise with crystal waters and wonderful beaches. Noisma Casa Unico is part of it. Front beach with infinity sea water pool, very nice rooms, we’d two rooms pool and sea front really amazing with private space and double lounger. Others single lounger are poolside. "Sehr nettes, sauberes Hotel. Die Besitzerin und ihr Mann haben sich sehr bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Dazu gehörte auch, unseren Whirlpool noch am Ankunftsabend aufzufüllen und einsatzbereit zu machen, während wir beim Abendessen waren. Auch das restliche Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Vielleicht sollte eine der beiden Honeymoon Suites (unsere) nicht direkt neben der Rezeption sein. Etwas mehr Privatsphäre wäre da besser. "

We stayed March 3-5,2026 which is considered “off-season” but when you only see a property attendant to check you in and they leave the property and not return - would that be a safety concern! Yes, that is correct there was no staff on site at any time during stay or departure. The hotel front doors were left open to the weather all day and night. "WATER EMERGENCY. Located on the edge of town with short walk to anything needed. I booked a 2 night stay, but only stayed one night because I became aware of an island-wide water emergency during the stay. The bathroom smelled terrible. Not sure if this was related to the water emergency or not. This was not communicated in the listing or check in instructions. Only when specifically asked about it did the property manager say the water was safe for hygeine, which contradicted local reports...

"Don’t stay there!!! Make sure to check out all the bad reviews before you book. My experience was quite unpleasant due to the manager's odd and impolite behavior. If you look at the sarcastic and rude replies to feedbacks, you'll get the full story. When you request a taxi, they just call their buddy who charges you twice as much."
