"It was well located for concert venue. Clean room inside. No room service if you are staying less then 3 days. We stood 2 nights. The building and walkways are grimy, too filthy outside, I recommend a good power wash. Did not have breakfast but i know it was basic. We got back late on Saturday night and there was no parking. We had to park next to shipping containers. If you can look pass some of the issues noted it ok."

"We had a really enjoyable stay here. The location is incredibly convenient for getting to and from the airport. Just a quick tip for future travelers regarding the airport shuttle: make sure to call the front desk to request it, as it doesn't run on a set loop or schedule. Once requested, the service was prompt and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was solid—it won't win any culinary awards, but it absolutely does the trick and gets your day started...

"The hotel was nice overall, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only issue that bothered us was the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was very dirty, with many visible stains. It was uncomfortable to walk on it barefoot. We hope the hotel will improve the cleanliness of the rooms, as everything else about our stay was enjoyable. ."

"We were there 4 days. We had a hard time getting fresh towels and our room and beds were never made in the time we were staying there."

"As I walked into the main hotel, there was an amazing beautiful lobby with a open actual bay patio view in the rear of the lobby. The smell of the sea air and giew was divine.We were shuttled to the another Sheraton Hotel Harbor Resort tower and our room was amazing with a balcony both overlooking the 180 degree view of the bay. The bay is right in front of the hotel and is also behind the hotel. The staff were courtesy, very nice and helptful and I want to give a shout out to Jeffrey and Dino...

"LOVED our stay at this property. We booked a king suite, and the bed and private room were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Great locations to beaches and a 30 minute or less drive to Sesame Place and Legoland. The staff were very friendly. The only thing that I was worried about was when we booked our room, we booked one with a sofa bed for our younger kids, and the room did not come with a sofa bed. But, the sofas in the room were almost daybed-sized and our kids were small...
