Bed was very hard, no heat and the TV didn't work. Staff was no help, computer was down couldn't take CC at check in, had to go back up to office 3 times because no phone to office to tell me if the computer was up and working, did not want to leave CC number with front desk staff. bad vibes...

The room was very clean and comfortable - we had a king bed and there was also a couch. I like to sit on the couch to watch TV. The staff were friendly and helpful.
