"Staff was friendly and helpful"

"There were no towels The bathroom light did not work so took a shower in the dark."

"There were stains on the floor and in the sheets. Breakfast area gets too crowded for everyone to have space."

"The room had such a strange smell. It wasn't a cleaning smell it was a very strange smell. Also the cold water didn't work in the shower. So you turned on the hot water then turned it to cold and the water would only very slightly cool. Other than that the water was to hot. You had cold water in the sink but not in the shower. The room hasn't been up graded since the late 80s or so. I wasn't impressed with this place at all and wouldn't recommend."

"The shower flooded the bathroom we complained about they said we could checkout in the morning or stay. They charged me an extra 100.00 dollars I guess because of the mess. We will never stay there again."

"I really love this hotel! We have stayed here several times, and it is my go-to if I am visiting the Holiday World Park. The staff goes above and beyond to help, and the hotel is always clean. I especially loved that our rooms had bathtubs which is a rarity in hotels anymore and the breakfast bar was wonderful. Great job!"
