"The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. "

"This property advertises pool and continental breakfast, they had neither. Pool was closed with a tarp over it. Went down for the breakfast and there was none, was told that they have apples. Bathroom had cobwebs and dirt in the corners, bathtub was dingy. I asked for a refund before I went to the room when I saw the pool and mattresses laying against the building and was told there was no refund, so I had no choice but to stay. The only thing good about this place was the lady who checked...

"Property is in need of some renovations. The light over the sink needed some coaxing to actually work. The mattress had a noticeable dip in the middle on one side. "

"There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth...

"My stay was a day shortened by one night. I checked out but it wasn't recorded. I was charged for a night I wasn't there. I also notified the office the night before I would be checking out."

"Very dirty room and rusty bathroom. The bed sheets look nasty. I did not spend the night in that place. I left within 10 minutes and reserved a place at the Marriott for 30 dollars more. Save yourself the headache , it's not worth it ."

"You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave."

"First room we were assigned stank of fish, second room was moldy, third room was fine. All of the bed Pillows were half the size of a normal pillow. The pleather upholstery was missing from the in room chair. Hallways and main areas were dirty. Staff was helpful in with the unacceptable room situation. Next trip we will stay in a different hotel. There were many other hotel options in the area and good restaurant options nearby."

"The hotel was great. They’re under construction that’s understandable. That’s why I rated it a three and a four star just because of the construction and construction stuff laying all over but other than that the room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Everything else was good."
