"The hotel is an elegant location, on point with design and guest amenities, including music of the golden era. We were enthralled with the room, celestial sky over our bed, restaurant, bar with speakeasy gas lights, warm welcome from staff and ease of everything. "

"This is a good location, the room was clean, nice view of the city. There was a restaurant down stairs that had some really good burgers & breakfast was $9.99 per person, the breakfast was good, convenient and there was a nice variety to choose from. Heated pool was a plus. We stayed here for a graduation. Only 13 min from the airport. I would stay again "

"Well first of all Expedia screwed up and booked 2 rooms and I didn't realize it until the day of our stay and then I called and the guy at Expedia said the 1 reservation was cancelled but the other one was still good. Well we get to sonesta and both of our rooms were cancelled by Expedia. So the guy at the desk DEMENTRIE was so awesome and got our room reinstated as our daughter had a club volleyball tournament at Columbus convention center the next morning. Then he did an extra special thing for me and my family and made it so much better. He went above and beyond and the rest of the staff were awesome along with the restaurant staff. Sonesta hotel was a great experience. I highly recommend it."

"The food (breakfast buffet and restaurant) was great. The staff was lovely. We booked 10 minutes before we arrived, after leaving another unsuitable hotel. Staff was very understanding and accommodating. 12/10 would recommend. "

"I was very disappointed that I had to pay to valet park. I was told it would be $45 when I asked and I was charged more. Pool and hot tub not open. Not sure what amDoors were slamming all night and people carrying on and partying in the hallways. Music blaring. "

"Clean Room and everyone that worked there had a pleasant comment or smile for us. Outdoor sounds from High St. were a little loud at times, but being in the heart of the city, it’s to be expected."
