"Exceptionally clean! All public areas and rooms were spotless. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! ALL staff were very helpful, gladly providing anything we asked for and offering great restaurant suggestion in nearby Dallas NC that could easily accommodate our 6 adults and 2 high chair babies. The staff here must be well trained and well managed: they were all very friendly and seemed to genuinely like their jobs. THAT really makes for a good customer experience!"

"Our stay had several issues. We arrived around 4:30 AM and there was no one at the front desk. We waited about 15 minutes, and although there is a sign to call for assistance, we tried calling 3–4 times with no answer before someone finally showed up. When staff did arrive, they were not welcoming at all. The room itself was also lacking—there were no doors on the closet and the bathroom did not have any shower gel provided. "The room was super clean, everything was warm and inviting. The selling point for me was the bed. Hotel beds are not normally comfortable but I don’t know what kind of magic this hotel has but that bed was by far the best I’ve ever slept on. The staff was friendly, parking was simple and didn’t make me question whether my cat would be ok. Just overall a great experience. Will definitely be booking there again. "
