"The bathroom had multiple broken safety rails, curtain rod fir shower, pee down front of toilet with debris stuck on it, hair on floor and walls in bathroom, asked to have it cleanedthey still left pee on the toilet. In a 2 night stay both nights children running screaming in halls and stairwells till 3am. Pot smoking in a room on our floor extensively. Fighting with staff involvement outside our room at 930pm, yelling and screaming from that as well stuck in our room for safety!"

"Comfortable place to stay with a spacious room. This is a two story building with no elevator so make sure you specify which floor you want/need. Being an elderly couple the stairs were not an option for us. The one big complaint we had was the bathroom lighting, could not have been more than a 25 watt bulb in the ceiling light. Breakfast was adequate with the usual breakfast items and was well maintained. "

"We had such a great time at GWL! The staff was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The room was spacious and so fun for the kids in their kid camp bunk beds. There was no shortage of activities to partake in. We had such a blast! "

"the staff makes this place even better...the dinner manager is amazing and always helping... the bartender also friendly and made my kiddos shirley temples for dinner...also lady at the front desk that checked us in also amazing our whole stay was nice we will return soon "

"The suites are nice. Bur when i arrived i had to wait two hours to check in because they hadn't cleaned the room yet so even though check-in was 4 we didnt get to check in until 6"
