"My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly, as there was urine on the floor near the toilet. Customer service was also disappointing. Each time I approached the front desk, I had to ring the bell because the employee was around the corner on his phone. Overall, this was not the friendly, stress-free, and comfortable experience I have come to expect from Holiday Inn stays."

"Everything we needed was great! Everything was clean, breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful! Did have a problem with MAPS in location but not the fault of the hotel. It took us off 35 and onto a gravel road and returned us to 35 to get us there! The gravel road scenery was beautiful though! Good belly laugh after a long day of travel! Would stay there again if needed!"

"This hotel is nothing special. It's older but the rooms were clean and have been updated and the bed was very comfortable. The exterior is in need of a major update. At first glance you would truly pass up this place. Staff was very nice and it's close to the Winstar Casino. Honestly if you are just looking for a place to sleep after a long day at Winstar this will do. Will i stay here again, probably. Burger King and Waffle House are in walking distance and a Quicktrip and several other eating places are on the other side of the highway. Place was very quiet but no fancy nothing."

"The staff was very friendly and prompt. Clearly, this is a family run establishment which I am happy to support. We were booked for 2 queen beds, but in reality these were 2 full size beds. We made it work, but this was not ideal. Bring your own pillows, the bed pillows were the size of throw pillows. Despite their size, they were comfortable. Water pressure was severely lacking in the shower, but it was nice and hot. The a/c was fighting desperately for its life, but couldn't quite keep up. I personally would stay here again myself. It was so easy to get to and the staff was attentive, but left us alone unless we asked for something. It's a good deal for people who are looking for no fuss or extended work lodging. I would not stay with my spouse again. It wasn't quite the relaxing weekend get away we had in mind. "
