"A quiet, well-being, professional, horse loving retreat from the demands of our busy life around London. The views, room, healthy locally sourced meals and care in presentation are a delight. "Small rooms…little room for two suitcases. Basic but adequate breakfast. Easy location…easier to drive to town center. Good for night before WWII beaches. AC not very strong. Noise could be heard from outside hotel (guests watch TV, horses at vet clinic) and inside (kids on a field trip enjoying the next room over!) Adequate, but nothing special."

"This was the perfect hotel to stay at if you want to enjoy Bayeux and the regional sites like the D-Day beaches and Mont. St. Michel. The staff was lovely, room clean and the grounds were lovely. We spent one night sitting outside by the river that flows through the property. Highly recommend!!"
