"The property was built quite a long time ago. Even so, the stay was very good with all the necessities in place and working well. Staff were excellent and the food served at the restaurants were of good value and tasted great."

"The room was dirty and neglected, chair on veranda broke when I sat in it, doors did not close properly so mosquito and large red ants came in at night, bathroom had electricity plug next to shower so not safe to use, kitchen did not have utensils to cook a meal. "Oakwood has always been our first choice when we visit Batam. Best location right next to Grand Batam Mall where you have access to everything from eat to groceries and girls’ shopping. The hotel itself is fabulous as well, clean room, great amenities, yummy breakfast. Will be back, of course!"
