"This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. "An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff.
