However we asked to have the room cleaned twice while we were there and to have our linen changed and it did not happen during our stay. Also had to beg for clean towels/washcloths and was told one night that they were out of towels and we would have to wait until the morning time, second night towels were being washed and we had to wait for someone to bring them up to room. By time someone came it was after midnight and we were sleep."

"When we checked in the workers were obviously talking about another employee that they were just done with, this should not be happening in front of guests, and the check in group were not the most pleasant. The room was overall clean, bathroom was small and felt like we were sitting on floor with toilet. Shower was nice, sink was outside bathroom and very small for toiletries. There was only one recliner in room to sit. In the middle of the night our room phone starts ringing, I pick up and they said did you order something, I said no, and she said oh this is room 308. No apology, just ok. We had a hard time getting back to sleep and had a hospital procedure the next morning was why we stayed there to be closer. We won’t be back!"
