"We had such an incredible stay, the service is really 5 star. Andrew made sure from the beginning we were looked after, he helped with organizing tours and wine tasting for us nearby where we had a lovely time discovering muscadet as well as thoughtfully recommending local restaurants. "El hotel está muy bien decorado, la habitación es muy cómoda, amplia, todo muy nuevo y limpio, sabanas con tacto muy agradable y el jabón del baño huele a cítricos. Las vistas desde la planta 5 espectaculares, veíamos hasta la catedral. Tiene el detalle de dejarte botellas para que puedas llenarlas de agua natural o con gas en una fuente de recepción.
En recepción estaba Adrián, un español encantador que nos dió muy buenos consejos. Y es un plus poderte entender en español.

"The main hotel building as shown on the website was closed and looked unfit for purpose. A seperate Motel type Annexe was used for Rooms, as was a seperate building for the restaurant. Unsure what the main hotel block was used for but there were washing machines, for general use, outside the entrance. The Bedroom and Bathroom appeared clean but no A/C and with daytime temperatures around 30C, It was an uncomfortable night, even though an electric fan was provided.
The whole place looked tired...

"La navette pour l’aéroport est un service payant qu’on peut prendre à partir de l’aéroport et qui arrive à la gare tout près de l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas un service offert par l’hôtel et ça ne vous mène pas directement à l’hôtel.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, à un design moderne, le personnel est S-U-P-E-R! Nous avions pris la peine d’écrire à l’Hotel pour leur mentionner quelques détails et ils etaient prêt à notre arrivé! Il y a un ascenseur de bonne dimension. On peut y entrer 2 avec des valises!"
