"Excellent location near castle park for concert but this has its downside that it is on the main road near bars etc . Very noisy . You need the window open otherwise too hot . People outside in road shouting / drinking at 4am to 4.30 am . The hotel clean . Shower hot . Bed comfortable . Good value for money . Car park £12 for 24 hours is small and open to everyone and very small . NCP close thought and still £12 for 24 hours so parking okay "

Only bad thing was roadworks and diversions everywhere but not property's fault!"

"Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. "
"We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."
