"Enjoyed our stay. Room was great. Super clean and updated! The best location. Perfect for walking to the beach and park. Close to a bunch of awesome shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again next time we are in St Joes"

"The breakfast was amazing and the staff taking care of it was as well. The stay was wonderful but they did not have any snack/vending machines as well as any water and pop machines anywhere. We had to go to a shell station to pick up some beverages. We couldn’t even make coffee in our room due to the fact there was no water at all in the hotel to make coffee. "

"The only problem we had was the pool was closed and said would be for a few months so an amenity advertised that wasnt usable, other than that it was clean and staff was friendly"

"Great staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Probably one of the better hotel breakfast I've had. Wish we could have used the pool but we were only there for a short evening stay. Only issue was that the beds were very hard. I know this is personal preference, but it made it difficult to sleep. On the opposite side, could use some firmer pillows."

"The bathroom ceiling look like it had collapsed, and someone did a half way job spackling it up still look like it was gonna cave in. The air vents were all molded. The phone didn’t even have a cord when I tried to call for the desk to bring an extra blanket when I told the downstairs desk attendant that the phone didn’t even have a cord he nodded that he knew. the trimming around the window was molded and coming undone. "Our room reeked of smoke and had the window open and a machine with a water bucket trying to pull the smoke smell out. Gloria was so friendly and tried to help us. But, the room she moved us to did not have a pullout couch like she said. I went back again and explained it did not have the couch so we did not have enough beds. She then told me we could have the connecting room. When I opened it, it had no sheets on the bed and reeked of marijuana. We decided to just stay in the room that didn’t...

"The room was big and clean. The hallways weren't as clean as the room. The breakfast was good! Our only issue was everytime we came or left there were workers at the doorways smoking and we are both very sensitive to cigarette smoke. We could also smell it in the hallways since they were smoking so close to the doors. We know this is a dedicated smoking area so a suggestion would be to move the smoking area away from the hotel so guests don't have to walk through smoke."

"Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel"

"The staff was great, the only thing that could be better is the pool area. The pool room is tiny, not much seating and no hot tub. The pool temp was perfect. Even with that being said, we will be coming back for sure!"
