"Check in was difficult in that I needed physical entry cards not the digital one and this proved much more complicated than it should have been. They did not as per the website send a code to get such keys. Had to chase several times to find out how to get them Apart from that lovely flat, well equipped, clean. Very well located. "Bring earplugs, as the area noise absurd, especially on the weekends, and even on the 3rd floor. But that was a small price to pay to be in the heart of all the action, as long as youthful debauchery makes you smile. Anyway, the staff was attentive and helpful, the breakfast was fine, and the place itself was very nice. No complaints, would totally stay there again."

"Property is stunning. The outside is modest so you can’t see how deep the property is and sizable the rooms are. We stayed in a suite for a lower price than other bigger known properties. The one issue was check in. I reached out weeks in advance for earlier check in and was told that if we paid a small fee we could guarantee it. "This was a great find for our first stop in Portugal. Perfect location on an old historic side street that is block downhill from the center of town. The room was huge with a kitchen, TV, a supersize bed (larger than a California King), and a balcony with a view of the castle and the surrounding area around Sintra. And they leave fresh bread for you every morning! We loved it!"
