Very good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel generally well equipped with pleasant decor. The bathroom was quite cramped and there was no shelving. The lighting was poor and the shower water leaked all over the floor as it seeped under the shower door. Breakfast choice was good, but the warm options were always luke warm as the hot plates that the dishes sat on were not adequate to keep the food warm. Very poor, dim lighting in hallways. It was part of the theme of the decor, but not very safe as it was difficult to see.

We have a very nice stay at Brown’s Central hotel which was located right in the city center and walk in distance to many attractions. The breakfast was great with a lot of options and the staff were very friendly. They had a restaurant on the side with great food and also a bar offering great cocktails.They offered cleaning service every day. The decorations were amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to go back.

I really loved our stylish room. It was a corner room with three windows so it had a lovely view of the buildings and streets. Despite being in a high traffic area it was nice and quiet at night. The front desk was excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. The cons: the hallways use sensor lighting so it's literally pitch black in the hallways. The keys and lock were kind of funky and took a while to open. The bar. My biggest complaint were the all female bartender staff. We were told we could get a welcome drink as part of our stay. We sat at the bar and no one acknowledged us or ever came up to us so we left and had cocktails at the rooftop bar at Hotel Mundial. On our last night we tired again and we're still ignored by the 3 females so I went up and asked and it was a Luke warm response certainly not "welcoming" the cocktail itself was good but we waited a long time and the bar area was empty. Other than that it's a great away, lively and I liked that it had a 24hr front desk staff.

The decoration of the hotel is unique and I really liked the vibe. Staff is very nice, helpful and went above and beyond to assist. I was not a big fan of the black corridors wall and the dim lights. They really need to do something about it. USB ports were not working in my room, which as a bit incovenient. Overall I enjoyed my stay as a solo traveller and would stay there again!

It's located conveniently near major tourist attractions and restaurants. Despite that, it's very quiet. The staff are extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The only fault I would note is that there is no wastebasket in the rrom, only a small one in the bathroom.

Great location and the staff were very friendly. It is the perfect location if this is your first time visiting Lisbon since you are centrally located. The loung/bar area was cosy and perfect for a night cap, and they also have a bistro. Our room was was modern and fun. Coffee pods for the nespresso were always fully stocked. Would definately go back.
