Best part was the staff, extremely attentive, and friendly. The second best part was the location. Walking distance for a late night drink or groceries.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Teva. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the service was genuinely friendly throughout. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast, which was a great way to start our mornings before heading out to explore. The location is perfect—set within a historic and vibrant neighborhood full of narrow, eclectic cobbled streets that made every walk unique. Highly recommended!

The room was new, clean, and comfortable, with well-functioning amenities and a cozy bed. Good location within walking distance of Rossio Station and major sights, though some stairs and hills require a bit of planning. The lobby (also used as breakfast restaurant)was lovely and peaceful, with a decent variety of good food. The staff were kind and friendly—I had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful, zen-like vibes away from hustle and bustle of Lisbon. The design is modern, clean and relaxing. Great place to go back after a long day of sightseeing and walking. Super nice and helpful staff. Would come back for sure. You also have excellent food/drink and a small market steps away. Gelato, coffee, empanadas, and so much more. Love! Thank you, Casa Teva!

Beautiful boutique small hotel in the center of historic Lisbon. Close to everything. Several nice restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom were large and super clean. Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. We spent an hour talking to hotel manager George on how much we like the place and how they can improve it even further. Breakfast was amazing: home-made cakes, fresh berries and vegetables, cheeses and other cold cuts. On the last day we had to leave early for the airport. We just mentioned it and hotel staff prepared full breakfast by 7AM instead of regular 7:30AM. Unbelievable customer service. Highly recommend!

A little slice of paradise

Casa Teva was beyond all our expectations; our room was super clean and comfortable and the windows were sound cancelling so even though we were on a busy side street with some (awesome) bars and restaurants, once we shut the window we couldnt hear a thing! The best bit about Casa Teva though is the breakfast and the attentiveness of the staff - they honestly couldnt do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible but balanced it well so as not to be over bearing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with an interesting mix of super healthy options too (including a ginger and turmeric shot!)- honestly the granola... superb! Dont worry though, they also probided fresh bacon and eggs ;) Location wise, Casa Teva could not have been better placed - just underneath the Castelo de Sao Jorge (a 10 minute walk to the ticket office, if that), as well as a 10 minute walk to Rossi station to catch the train to Sintra. The bars and restaurants on the street were absolutely brilliant, we felt like we could just stumble down the street and find the most delicious food right on the doorstep. Oh, and lets not forget the free coffee and cake the staff at Casa Teva put on for their guests every day at 4pm! Such a welcome touch after a day of soghtseeing. Overall, we stayed for 3 nights but could have stayed forever ❤️ we would return in a heartbeat.

Cozy, charming boutique hotel

I absolutely recommend this hotel! The staff is attentive and so helpful! The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast selection each morning, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice and the freshly baked cake. It was so nice to be able to make a latte with their coffee machine every morning and the bacon, eggs, yogurt and fruit were delicious. The staff arranged a tuk tuk tour for us with Jose and he was a fabulous tour guide! He was so knowledgeable about Portugal history and gave us a suggestion of eating dinner at a restaurant called Maria Catita. The food at that restaurant was the best dinner we had in Lisbon!

Un hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne. Très silencieux et confortable. Seul bémol une mauvaise odeur qui s’installe provenant de la salle de bain après une douche ou après voir fait couler l’eau du lavabo.
