Everything about the hotel was perfect! It is located so centrally that we were able to walk to most places. The hotel bar and restaurant were wonderful as well as the staff. We loved the small details that made a teenager and a 7 year feel special. We appreciated the car service to and from the airport for such a reasonable cost.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. The room and hotel were very clean. The restaurant serves good quality Portuguese food and also had Fado nights three days if the week which made the meal even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be any better for sightseeing and restaurants being only a few minutes from the Metro, tram and bus routes. All in all an excellent choice to enjoy a stay in Lisbon.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lisbon. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The Elevador restaurant was also excellent, with great food and service. I loved my stay, have already recommended it, and will definitely be back. One of my best travel experiences.
