Beautiful hotel with a great location and lovely decor, but unfortunately the beds are in desperate need of replacement. For me, a comfortable bed is the main reason to stay at a hotel, and these were uncomfortably firm and worn out, which really affected the overall experience. Everything else was excellent, though!

Hotel is conveniently loacated next to Metro station and the room is clean and quiet. One minor thing is water is draining a bit slow during shower. You may want to lift the drain cover to avoid water spilling outside the shower stall. Overall the hotel is good.

We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay there again. It has easy access to the Metro, there are great restaurants in the surrounding area and we had excellent breakfasts at Versailles, nearby. The staff are all helpful and very friendly, as well as bring knowledgeable about Lisbon. The hotel is bright, clean and calm. The pool is small (and cold) but the pool area offers great views and is a lovely quiet area to relax after a busy day. The late check-out time was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

More choice of eggs, otherwise ok breakfast. Good staff behaviour. Bathroom could be better as no anti-skid mats and grab rails were absent. Only 1 water bottle of 500ml provided per room even in double occupancy. Choice of pillows was limited. Otherwise fairly comfortable stay.

Great hotel, very comfortable spacious room. Metro station right outside the hotel on a direct line from the airport. Hotel staff excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Continental breakfast was excellent. Many restaurants close to the hotel so easy to get whatever you would fancy. If I go back to Lisbon I'll stay there again.
