Clean boutique hotel at the heart of the city, great for a city break. Breakfast buffet is small but has everything you need. No swimming pool or gym but very close to train station and easy to get around. Friendly staff.

Rossio Boutique Hotel was excellent, it was super clean, quiet, beds were comfortable and staff were simply lovely and so helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, as it was centrally located for all transportation, shops, restaurants and we were able to walk to any location extremely easily.

The downside was the breakfast which I paid for my 3 night stay only had it for the first day. Rooms and bathrooms were clean staff very welcoming and helpful. Area was noisy.

Hotel was lovely, great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the bed was so hard for our liking which is fine if you like a hard bed. The hotel provided a second mattress topper but the bed was still far too hard

Was not worth the money, and in my opinion not a boutique hotel. Only encountered 1 friendly staff member, other staff not very engaging. Good shower, nice bed. Breakfast should have been included for the cost of the high price. Unfortunately will not return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rossio Boutique Hotel in Lisbon. The rooms were very clean and included all the basic amenities. The bathroom was well appointed and what I would consider American style (no bidet, fully enclosed shower). The street this hotel is on is walkable only, you do have to get dropped off and bring your bags in from the square proper. However we found this to be a nice thing as street noise outside our first floor window was much less with no cars driving by. We did not ever have breakfast at the hotel as it was easy walking to many options for food as well as many of the sights and the Metro or bus stops. Would stay here again without hesitation.
